Most of our tours are approximately 1.5–2 hours, giving you plenty of time to explore St. Augustine without feeling rushed. We'll cover the highlights while also sharing the stories, people, and lesser-known details that make the city unique.

Our tours are designed to be enjoyable and manageable. You can expect to walk approximately 1–1.5 miles, with stops along the way to hear stories, ask questions, and take in the sights.

Your confirmation email will include the exact meeting location and directions for your tour. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and ready to go.

Comfortable shoes are a must! St. Augustine is a walking city, and its historic streets can include uneven sidewalks, brick, and cobblestones. During the warmer months, we also recommend lightweight clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a water bottle.

Florida weather can be unpredictable! Tours generally continue during light rain, so come prepared with an umbrella or rain jacket. If severe weather makes the tour unsafe or impractical, we'll contact you with options to reschedule or receive a refund, according to our cancellation policy.

Children are welcome on all of our tours when accompanied by an adult. However, our history and walking tours are best suited for adults and older children who are comfortable with a longer walk and more in-depth historical content. For younger children, we recommend Little Legends of St. Augustine — a fun, interactive experience featuring age-appropriate stories, activities, and fascinating history designed especially for our younger historians.

Strollers are welcome, but keep in mind that historic St. Augustine has narrow sidewalks, uneven surfaces, brick streets, and cobblestones. A compact stroller may be easier to maneuver.

Yes! Private tours are a great option for families, couples, groups, corporate outings, and special occasions. We can customize the experience around your interests, whether you want more history, architecture, local stories, hidden gems, or a particular period of St. Augustine's past. Our tours operate on a set schedule, so we may not be able to wait for late arrivals. We recommend allowing extra time for parking, traffic, and finding the meeting point. If you're running late, please contact your tour guide as soon as possible using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.

Parking is not included with your tour. We recommend arriving early, as parking in St. Augustine's Historic District can become busy, especially on weekends, holidays, and during major events. When you book your tour, we'll provide a recommended parking option based on the time of year, conveniently located near the tour's starting point; however, we cannot guarantee that parking will be available when you arrive.

If you need to cancel your tour, you may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are nonrefundable. No-shows and same-day cancellations are also nonrefundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation. While cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

Of course! Bring your camera or phone. There will be plenty of opportunities to photograph St. Augustine's historic streets, architecture, landmarks, and beautiful scenery. Just be sure to stay with the group while taking photos.

Not much! We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen, sunglasses or a hat if needed, weather-appropriate clothing, an umbrella as needed, your camera or phone, and a sense of curiosity!
